My point of view , she is talking in Malay accent..i can understand her easily because her accent is widely use in Malaysia. My friend( roommate) told me that my accent is mixed with British and Malay accent..She can easily understand because when i speak to her i just used simple English and because i spoke not too fast ..

Nowadays, many people are concerned about education. However, there are still people who did not appreciate the education especially the interior community. Many problems can be found in the interior school such as low English proficiency among the children, most of the school children are absent on Mondays and some parents do not bother about their children's achievements in school. We cannot just take easy with these problems. So, we must find the solutions for these problems
The teachers' role is very important to make an effective two-way communications as a practice in the classroom. This practice can help to curb the problem of low English proficiency among the children. Teachers must apply the uses of English in class. Teachers should provide opportunities for all students to speak up and speak their mind during the process of teaching and learning occurs.By doing fun activities such as doing drama, speech , debate and so on, pupil will become more confident to speak up their minds.Eventhough there will be some mistakes on the pronciations or grammar or even wronged used vocabulary, but they learned to feel confident, and its teachers' job to make the corrections on grammar, wronged used vocabulary or pronounciations , so there will learn not to make the same mistake in the future.
Sunday,its weekend , and there are many times to spend for. Some childrens stayed up late night to play games , and the result these childrens late for school.The solution is , teachers must first announced to the pupils about an interesting activity before they spend they weekends, such as they will be going on field-trip, or go to cinema( actually just watch at the LCD).These fun activities will surely make them motivated to go to school on Monday, because the teachers make something interesting that attracts these people to go to school on Monday.
To cope with students who are low in English, teachers should be mindful of these problems. Some of the way teachers can do is create a curing class. Restoration class is to help students who are low in English control. Curing class can be made in the learners and teaching Classes or made outside of class time learning and teaching. English classes are important to the recovery level students inside and outside the city.These are because rural students do better in Malay language proficiency of English. Therefore, teachers should think about a solution that balanced in every aspect of student learning. This recovery should be from the bottom or the beginning of the English subjects so that they can learn more regularly.
In addition, we must motivate among parents about the importance of childrens' academic achievement. This is because parents can give encouragement to their children to study hard when they realize that the importance of their children’s achievements in school. This motivation program can be done on weekend and we must explain the importance of their childrens' achievements in school. Therefore, the awareness of parents to children’s achievement is very important that will affect the interest of students to learn something especially English language.
In the nutshell, to overcome these problems should start when they just toddlers. This is because , children are easily educated or influenced when they are young .So , teachers and parents should play their parts in educating they children to be a better person .Thus, parents and teachers must linked together to together educate their children by showing good manners and give good advices

KUALA LUMPUR: The Education Ministry wants to put more counsellors in secondary schools to curb discipline problems among students, said its deputy minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
He said the ministry hoped to reduce the current student-counsellor ratio of 1:500 to 1:300.
“We need an increase of about 40% counsellors from the current 7,000 counsellors posted at schools,” he said after launching the Mid-Autumn Street Party in front of Sungei Wang Plaza last night.
Dr Wee, who is also the MCA Youth chief, said it was only a mere 2% of secondary students with disciplinary problems and most were repeat offenders.
“Education is not only about teaching and knowledge. It is also to mould a student’s well-being. Some first time offenders have benefitted from counselling and no longer play truant or cause problems at school,” he said.
He added that enforcement such as suspension, warnings and expulsion should only be used as a last resort.
“We are not a prison, but an institution. We need to educate the students,” he said, adding the ministry was working with Persatuan Kaunseling Malaysia to train more counsellors.

as a counsellor, I would investigate the person daily life. Then i would call the parents to ask them about their children, lastly, i would personally talk to the person and ask for his or her reason for being late and propose the best way to overcome his / her problems.

From the video clip, I noticed that she really has touched many people hearts and lives, through motivations and others experiences, from my opinion she did like that because people have different way of looking meaning of life and because people have different experiences and these experiences thought them to be a better person.
Then she said about we should serve the world . Serve ... like waiter/ess?? is that it??.no ..no..no..its like we do our best to make the world a better place , with our our platform. like me, I am student , so my platform is student and start to do my best at my platform .Studying hard, active, and at the same time, give benefits to others.
...actually sir i have already published my post about Oprah Winfrey on my blog,, but i dont understand why when I checked it on the second time, it had already gone ..Thats why i called it the second one, because the first has already lost withiut trace ...Mystery ..Sorry about all the complications . :D
